Plotty plotty plot plot.
I feel as if I'm at a crossroads.

Like something BIG is about to happen.

And I think I'm going to do NaNoWriMo.

And call my agent tomorrow...  to see if she's still alive and let her know that I am.

Coke Zero has ruined me for Diet Coke.

An era is over.

But I'm making THESE for dinner.  With hand cut french fries.  Yeah, Baby,  Yumminess awaits.

Oh!  And my turncoat sister apparently eats gourds, now. Mom ratted her out.  I never pegged you for a traitor, Em.  *shakes head*

Re: Em, in my defense
Don't try and backtrack, now. You sang like a bird.

Just so you know ... I'm going to be there as soon as I manage some teleportation, so make lotsa those burgers. Yup.

Also, go you with the Nano thing. If I thought I could count on my cord being here, and my life not being crazy, I might try it again this year. Of course, there's no way I'd be starting a *new* novel. I just wanna finish the one I've already got going.

But I'll be a cheerleader for you!

Also, I adore you.

They were awesome. The sauce rocked.

I love you, too, girly girl. We need to write. SOON.

seems a little odd of me to say "amen" to that, but I'll say it anyway.

Amen.

We have any number of scenes we can manage, too.

Good luck on the Nano! It's a feat that I am constantly amazed at when people on my flist particpate. I probably write that much - but I have no creativity at all so I don't think original novel on a deadline is for me. :D

Jay's trying to switch over to Pepsi Max after years and years of Diet Pepsi. I'm not so much of a fan so we'll see how that goes.

Dinner looks yummy and I want Emily's Butternut Squash recipie. :D

I have an idea for a new story, and it's one that I can get excited about. So yay.

Jess-i-CA. I am not sullying my LJ with gourd recipes. You'll have to do that on your own!

Just give her my email then... I want that recipe, girl!

*cough* YAY for getting excited! I'm doing NaBloPoMo again this year so you can take breaks from being brilliant and read my daily posts instead. :)

Hrm... I started drinking Coke Zero last month at work. But then I accidentally bought the Coke Vanilla Zero and that made me shudder. So now I've actually gone to Diet Coke. And wow--I just rambled on and on about nothing. :D

Carrie, I know how much comfort that gave you - having a partner in gourd hate. I'm really sorry.
Carrie Leigh: Laverne and Shirleycarrie_leigh on October 21st, 2009 11:23 am (UTC)
Stinker.

Chatting with you yesterday really brightened my week, just so you know.

I have loved Diet Coke for YEARS and have never tried Coke Zero. I'm curious and skeptical.
Carrie Leighcarrie_leigh on October 21st, 2009 11:25 am (UTC)
Don't do it!

Now I LOVE Coke Zero and diet coke has a weird aftertaste. And you can't get Coke Zero everywhere, like you can diet coke.

Aaaaand.... that's my biggest problem right now. :D Life's pretty good.

Is there a story behind the gourd hate? What have I missed?
